Intially bail application was allowed by the Co-ordinate bench

of this Court. Thereafter, bail cancellation application was disposed

of with the observation that in the initial bail order it was

mentioned that bail would automatically stand cancelled, if the

condition is not abided by the accused.

Thereafter, present petitioner has filed present bail

application and the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

dated 29.09.2021 directed to list the present bail application

before the Bench having regular roster.

Now complainant has filed an application for listing the bail

application before the appropriate roster, since the bail application

is second bail application.

Registrar (Judicial) is directed to place the matter before

Hon'ble the Chief Justice for seeking appropriate/necessary

directions.
