Issue notice to the respondent No.2.

Notices are accepted by Mr. Nalin G. Narain, learned

Additional Government Counsel.

By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for

special arrangement for him for undertaking skill test in Phase-II

examination for the post of Stenographer in pursuance of

advertisement dated 04.07.2018 as he is suffering from hearing

impairment.

Learned counsels for the respective parties agree that the

controversy involved herein has no more res judicata and stands

covered by a judgment of this Court in case of Akanksha

Sharma versus Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, S.B. Civil

(2 of 2) [CW-11958/2021]

Writ Petition No. 11838/2021 decided on 26.10.2021 and they

pray that the instant writ petition may also be disposed of in terms

of assurance extended by the respondents therein.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of

assurance extended by the learned counsel for the respondents in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 11838/2021.
