1. Petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the F.I.R. No.368/2021

registered at Police Station Beawar Sadar, District Ajmer.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that parties have

amicably settled their dispute.

3. Complainant-respondent and the injured are present in the

Court with their counsels. They have not disputed the fact of

parties having entered into compromise. They do not wish to

proceed further with the F.I.R.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that parties have entered into a

compromise and they do not wish to proceed further with the

F.I.R., I deem it proper to allow the misc. petition.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and F.I.R.

No.368/2021 registered at Police Station Beawar Sadar, District

Ajmer is quashed.

7. Stay application also stands disposed of.

8. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned S.H.O.
