1. Petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of F.I.R. No.324/2021,

registered at police station Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur City (North).

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that accused-

petitioner and complainant-respondent are real brothers. They

have amicably settled their dispute and complainant does not wish

to pursue with his F.I.R. Compromise in this regard has been

submitted before the Court.

3. Petitioner and complainant both are present in person in the

Court. They have not disputed the fact that they have entered into

a compromise and complainant also states that he does not wish

to proceed further with the F.I.R.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. Taking note of the fact that parties are real brothers and they

have amicably settled their dispute. Complainant does not wish to

proceed further with the F.I.R., I deem it proper to allow the

criminal misc. petition.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed. F.I.R.

No.324/2021 is quashed. Stay application also stands disposed of.
