1. Petitioners have preferred this misc. petition seeking

direction of protection of life and liberty.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that both

petitioners are major. They have entered into a marriage.

3. Issue notice to the Respondent No. 8.

4. In the meantime, Respondent No. 5 is directed to keep vigil

so that no harm is caused to the petitioners from their relatives.

5. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on behalf of the

State.

6. List this matter after service.
