The matter comes up on an application filed by the

petitioner under 1 Rule 10 for impleadment of Mrs.Vineeta Singh,

Additional Commissioner (Land Acquisition), JDA as party

respondent in the contempt petition as the original respondent

No.3 in the present contempt petition has been transferred.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is

allowed.

Amended cause title already filed and is directed to be

taken on record.

Learned AAG Mr.Anil Mehta submitted that the order

dated 22.02.2019 passed by this Court was upheld by the Division

Bench, vide its judgment dated 20.10.2010 and further, SLP filed

by the Jaipur Development Authority has been dismissed on

16.02.2021.

Learned counsel submitted that the Land Acquisition

Officer is in process of giving effect to the order passed by this

Court and as such, some time is sought on his behalf.

This Court expects that effective steps may be taken by

the respondents to implement the order dated 11.07.2017.

List this case on 29.11.2021.
