1. It is informed by learned Public Prosecutor that police has

already arrested the accused and has come to the conclusion that

offence is made out.

2. Investigating Officer has also submitted his explanation in

pursuance of the direction of the Court.

3. The same is perused and taken on record and there is no

need to take any action further.

4. Considering the report submitted by the learned Public

Prosecutor, present Criminal Misc. Petition has become

infructuous. The same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
