Post Lunch-Session

1. Petitioner has preferred this habeas corpus petition for

production of the corpus his missing daughter.

2. The corpus is produced before the Court today, her wish was

ascertained by the Court and her statement was also recorded by

(2 of 2)

the Registrar (Judicial). As per her statement, she is not in any

illegal confinement.

3. Counsels for the petitioner, in view of the statement given by

the corpus, do not wish to press the petition.

4. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.

5. Police Authorities which have produced the corpus are

directed to ensure that corpus is left at the place where she

wishes to go.

6. Office is directed to provide a certified copy of this order to

the learned Additional Advocate General for necessary compliance.
