Issue notice. Notices are accepted by Mr. S. Zakawat Ali,

learned Additional Government Counsel, appearing for the

respondents.

Grievance raised by the present petitioner in the writ petition

is regarding allotment of District Jhalawar in place of desired place

District Bundi as per his merit position in pursuance of recruitment

on the post of P.T.I. Grade-III Examination, 2018.

Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that in

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6977/2021, Rameshwar Gurjar

Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. involving identical controversy, a

co-ordinate Bench of this court has, vide order dated 25.08.2021

issued following directions:-

"Keeping in view that the same principle would be applied to the present selections, this Court is satisfied that the directions issued by the Coordinate Bench at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, as quoted in Para 35 of the judgment (supra), would have full application to all the candidates, who have appeared in the selection process and have been selected as Teacher Grad-II. This Court also notices that the case of the petitioners is identical to the case of those petitioners, who were before the Court in the case of Nirmal Jat (supra) Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of in view of the judgment passed by this court in the matter of Reena (supra) The petitioners shall be free to make a detailed representation to the concerned authority in terms of the circular dated 25.09.2020, 30.09.2020 (if any) and any other circular if prevailing presently. The representation to be filed on or before 31.10.2021."

Learned counsels submit that the instant writ petition may

also be disposed of in the same terms.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty

to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the

concerned authority in terms of circular dated 25.09.2020,

30.09.2020 and/or any other circular, if prevailing presently,

within a period on or before 31.10.2021.

The concerned authority is expected to take a reasoned

decision thereupon within a period of four weeks from the date of

its submission.
