This restoration application has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner with a prayer to restore the D.B. Special Appeal Writ

No.754/2014, which is dismissed in default vide order dated

15.11.2018.

The prayer for restoration of the above referred Special

Appeal is opposed by the counsel for the respondents.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the averments made in the restoration application, the

delay in filing the same is condoned and the D.B. Special Appeal

Writ No.754/2014 is restored to its original number.
