commercial court no. 1 Jodhpur for sending the record of the trial

court requisition by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Arbitration

Application No. 07/2015 and S.B. Criminal Misc. Arbitration

Application No. 65/2015 which were decided by this Court on

17.10.2016.

For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 04.09.2021,

the Registry of this Court is directed to remit the record back to

the trial court forthwith.

The letter petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
