in the present appeal is squarely covered by a decision of Division

Bench of this Court dated 07.03.2018 in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ)

No.528/2018 in case of Rajasthan Public Service Commission

Vs. Deepak Bariya & Ors.

Learned counsel for the Public Service Commission also

stated that against the judgment in case of Deeapk Bariya

(2 of 2) [SAW-34/2021]

(supra), SLP was filed before the Supreme Court, which was

dismissed.

Under the circumstances, this appeal is also dismissed.
