The prayer made by learned AAG for dispensing with

condition of furnishing certified copy of the impugned order is

considered and allowed. Delay in the filing the appeal is condoned.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, AAG has submitted that in identical

matter, this Court while issuing notices has stayed effect and

operation of the impugned order passed by the learned Single

Judge. Photo-stat copy of the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by

learned Single Judge in D.B. Special Appl. Writ No.553/2021 is

produced on record.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

In the meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated

04.03.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in S.B. Civil Writ

Petition NO.1841/21 shall remain stayed.

Learned AAG is directed to remove the defects pointed out

by the Registry within a period of one week.
