Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order

dated 07/09/2021, learned trial Court has given specific directions

on the points enumerated therein for investigating the matter by

the Police. He submits that in view of the judgment of this Court in

case of Prabhat Kanwar (Smt.) vs. State of Rajasthan,

2017(2) CJ(Cri.) (Raj.) 1013, no specific direction can be given

to investigate the case from a particular angle or by a particular

agency.

Issue notice of the misc. petition as well as stay application,

returnable on 29/11/2021.

Meanwhile and till the next date of hearing, further

proceedings in F.I.R. No.182/2019 registered at Police Station

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-5716/2021]

Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections

420 and 406 of IPC shall remain stayed.
