Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this

Court vide order dated 3.9.2021 has issued notices to the

respondents and the same were made returnable on 28.9.2021,

however, notices of the respondents are still awaited. Let the same

be awaited for two more weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since

the second round of counseling is gong on and the same is to be

concluded on 10.10.2021, as an interim measure, the respondents

be directed to consider the candidature of the petitioner

provisionally in female category. It is also submitted that due to

inadvertence, the petitioner in her form has mentioned her

category as transgender instead of female.

List after two weeks.

In the meantime, the respondents are directed to allow the

petitioner to appear in the counseling provisionally by treating her

as a female candidate, however, further proceedings will be

carried out after seeking clarification from this Court.
