Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical

matter has been disposed of by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court

(SBCWP No.6345/2021) vide order dated 09.04.2021 and prays

that present petition be disposed of in similar terms. Hence,

identical order is being passed herein.

The only prayer in the present petition is to re-inspect, if

necessary, the petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for

granting permission to establish B.Sc. Paramedical & DMLT/ECG

Technology courses.

In view of the limited prayer, this Court deems it proper to

dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondents

to inspect, if necessary, the petitioner-Institute in accordance with

law, after the requisite formalities are completed by the petitioner,

and pass appropriate order.

The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

The stay application as well as all pending applications also

stand disposed of accordingly.
