1. Petitioners have preferred this misc. petition seeking

protection.

2. Counsel for the petitioners has contended that petitioner no.

1 is an eye witness and petitioner no. 2 is wife of the deceased.

They are continuously being threatened by Respondents No. 6 to

10 to turn hostile in the criminal case which is pending against the

accused.

3. Issue notice to Respondents No. 6 to 10.

4. In the meantime, Respondent No.4 is directed to keep vigil

so that no harm is caused to the petitioners from Respondents No.

6 to 10.

5. List after service.
