Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he

does not want to press this writ petition, however, seeks liberty for

the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned action of the

respondents under Section 17 of the Securitization and

Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security

Interest Act, 2002.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the

liberty as prayed for.
