This restoration application has been filed after the delay of

1192 days for the condonation of delay an application under

Section 5 of the Limitation Act has also been preferred for

condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay

caused in filing the present restoration application is bonafide.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant on restoration

application.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that because of

the bonafide error on part of the counsel the requisites defects

pointed out by the office could not be removed.

For the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the

same is allowed and the delay of 1192 days caused in filing the

restoration application is condoned.

The appeal is restored to its original number.
