direction of protection of life and liberty.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that both

petitioners are major. They have entered into Nikah.

3. Issue notice.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on behalf of the

Respondents No. 1 & 2.

5. Office is directed to issue notice to remaining Respondents

No. 3-4.

6. In the meantime, Respondent No. 2 is directed to keep vigil

so that no harm is caused to the petitioners.

7. List this matter after service.
