1. Petitioner has preferred this Criminal Writ Petition seeking

transfer of petitioner from Special Central Jail Shalyawas, Dausa

to Open Air Camp, Sanganer, Jaipur.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is

entitled to be shifted to Open Air Jail and his application is pending

before the concerned Authorities. The only prayer now made

before the Court is that the concerned Authorities may be directed

to decide the application of the petitioner which is pending before

them.

3. I have considered the contentions.

4. Considering the contentions of counsel for the petitioner, the

writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the concerned

Authorities to decide the application filed by the petitioner with

regard to his transfer from the Special Central Jail Shalyawas,

Dausa to Open Air Camp, Sanganer, Jaipur within a period of one

month from the receipt of this order.

5. The criminal writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
