Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that warrant

of attachment has been issued by trial court for execution of

decree.

None present on behalf of the respondent.

Reply of the stay application has been filed.

Heard.

List after two weeks.

In the meanwhile, execution of impugned judgment and

decree dated 08.09.2021, shall remain stayed subject to the

condition that the appellant deposits the arrear of rent Rs.

3,74,797/- in the trial court within a period of 15 days and

appellant shall continue to pay monthly rent of Rs. 13,600/- to the

respondent every month.
