1. Petitioners have preferred this criminal misc. petition under

Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of F.I.R. No.501/2017,

registered at Police Station Mansarovar, Jaipur City (South), Jaipur.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that there was

some money dispute between the parties which they have

amicably settled their dispute and complainant does not wish to

proceed further with the F.I.R. A compromise has also been filed

before the Court.

3. Complainant alongwith his counsel is present in person in the

Court, who has not disputed the fact of parties having entered into

compromise and he does not wish to proceed further with the

F.I.R.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. Since the dispute has arrived at between the parties and

complainant does not wish to proceed further with the F.I.R.,

present criminal misc. petition deserves to be and is accordingly,

allowed.

6. Accordingly, Criminal Misc. Petition is allowed and F.I.R.

No.501/2017, registered at Police Station Mansarovar, Jaipur City

(South), Jaipur is quashed. Stay application also stands disposed.

7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned S.H.O.
