Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revenue

Appellate Authority has passed the judgment in favour of the

petitioner, however, on appeal being filed by the respondents the

same has been reversed by the Board of Revenue.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondent(s),

returnable within eight weeks.

Meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain the status quo

with regard to property in dispute.
