Notices on behalf of the respondents are accepted by Ms.

Devyani Rathore.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ

petition pertains to claim of the retired petitioner for payment of

overtime and the controversy involved in this writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment/order dated 10.12.2019 passed

by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition

No.20518/2019 titled as Ramkaran Yadav (Senior Citizen)

Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Anr. and

(2 of 2) [CW-9214/2021]

prays that this writ petition may also be disposed of in terms

thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that

the controversy is covered by the aforesaid judgment.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of in

terms of contentions made by the learned counsel for the

respondents in Ramkaran Yadav (supra) and the directions

issued therein.
