24/11/2021 The matter comes up on an application (Inward No.1/2021) for early hearing of the matter and also seeking extension of interim order by indicating that notwithstanding the interim order dated 23.04.2018 passed by this court, the trial court is proceeding with the matter in the light of judgment dated 28.03.2018 passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s CBI.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The interim order dated 23.04.2018 passed by this court is extended till vacated or modified.

Put on 10.12.2021 along with S.B.Criminal Misc. Petition No. 1775/2016, as prayed.
