Order
23/11/2021
Learned counsel for the appellant fairly brought to our notice
the decision of Division Bench of this Court dated 21.10.2021 in
D.B. Spl. Appl. Writ No. 447/2020 and other connected appeals.
This decision arose out of the same judgment of the learned
Single Judge dated 19.03.2020 which is impugned in this appeal.
The appeal in the case of Jagdish Kumar Choudhary & Ors. Vs.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission covers all the issues arising
out of the same judgment and which the appellant has raised in
this appeal. No separate order is therefore necessary.
(2 of 2) [SAW-701/2020]
Since the issues are covered by the aforesaid judgment of
the Division Bench, it is not necessary to deal with the delay
condonation application.
The appeal as well as the delay condonation application are
disposed of accordingly.
