Notices of the writ petition were issued to the respondents

on 03.08.2018 and the same have been served upon them,

however till date, no reply to the writ petition has been filed on

their behalf.

Learned counsel Mr. Harish Purohit shall file reply to the writ

petition within a period of two weeks, if the respondent so desires.
