Learned counsel appearing for the respondent while placing

on record the copy of the judgment dated 1.9.21 passed by the

Judge, Family Court, Chittorgarh under Section 13 of the Hindu

Marriage Act, 1955 in Civil Misc. Case No.181/20, has submitted

that the marriage between the parties stands dissolved and

therefore, the present transfer petition has rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not want

to press the present transfer petition.

Accordingly, the present transfer petition is dismissed as not

pressed. The stay application also stands dismissed.
