This application under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India is filed for correction in the order dated 05.10.2021 passed

by this Court, whereby SBCWP No.13842/2021 has been disposed

of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

though the correct title of the petitioner society with its address is

Sehat Foundation Society, (Sehat Institute of Paramedical

Science), 75-Madhav Vihar, Shoagpura, Udaipur (Rajasthan),

through its Secretary, Dr. Adil Khan Pathan S/o Amair Khan

Pathan, Aged about 28 years but in the order dated 05.10.2021

the following title has been mentioned:

"Sehat Foundation Society, Udaipur, (Apex Paramedical College) Subhash Nagar, Bhilwara (Rajasthan) Through Its Secretary Dr. Adil Khan Pathan S/o Amir Khan Pathan, Aged About 28 Years."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore,

prayed that the inadvertent mistake occurred in the order dated

05.10.2021 may kindly be rectified.

Having taken into consideration the averments made in

the application supported by affidavit of Dr. Adil Khan, Secretary

of petitioner Society, this Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid

mistake had occurred due to inadvertence and the same requires

rectification.

Hence, the title of the petitioner mentioned in the order

dated 05.10.2021 passed in SBCWP No.13842/2021 is replaced by

the following title:

"Sehat Foundation Society, (Sehat Institute of Paramedical Science), 75-Madhav Vihar, Shoagpura, Udaipur (Rajasthan), through its Secretary, Dr. Adil Khan Pathan S/o Amair Khan Pathan, Aged about 28 years".

The application stands disposed of.
