Learned counsel for the respondents submits that issue

raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment

of this Court in Dinesh Jakhar & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.:

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7496/2018 decided on 24.01.2019 and

Division Bench judgment in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8204/2020:

Rajiv Parihar & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on

21.10.2021 and, therefore, the present writ petition deserves to

be dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to

contradict the said submissions.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition filed by the

petitioner is dismissed following the judgment in the case of

Dinesh Jakhar & Rajiv Parihar (supra).

The stay petition is also dismissed.
