Learned counsel Shri Deora submits that the petitioner is not

in a position to deposit any cost as proposed by this Court by

order dated 25.10.2021.

As per the factual report placed on record, the corpus was

traced out and her statement was recorded by the police team. In

such statement, she stated that she has married Kamlesh of her

own free will and volition.

Admittedly, the corpus Mst. 'G', being the petitioner's

daughter, is a major girl. In this view of the matter and as the

corpus is not under any kind of confinement, nothing survives for

consideration of this Court in this habeas corpus petition, which is

rejected as such. Rule is discharged.
