One set be given 'dasti' to the counsel for the petitioner and

another set of notice shall be served upon respondent No.2

through the concerned SHO, who shall ensure the personal service

of notice upon the respondent No.2 positively by the next date of

hearing.

Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to call for the case

diary from the concerned Police Station.
