Heard. Perused the material available on record.

The petitioners have approached this Court by way of this

Criminal Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing

(2 of 2) [CRLMP-2495/2017]

of FIR No.239/2017, registered at Police Station Ambamata,

Udaipur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the factual

report as per which, investigation was completed and charge-

sheet has been filed against the petitioner No.1 Ashok Paneri in

the court concerned way back in the year 2017.

Thus, leaving the petitioner No.1 Ashok Paneri at liberty to

raise all his objections before the trial court at the appropriate

stage, in case the proceedings still survives, the misc. petition as

well as the stay application are disposed of as infructuous.
