1. Mr. Kailash Jangid, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits

that petitioners' case is squarely covered by a judgment of this

Court dated 09.12.2019, rendered in the case of Karan Singh &

Ors. Vs. RSRTC & Ors. : SBCWP No.13359/2017.

2. In the case of Karan Singh (supra), this court has allowed

the writ petition in light of Sait Chisti's case.

3. Mr. Harish Purohit, learned counsel for the respondents, is

not in a position to dispute the aforesaid position of fact and law.

4. The present writ petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms

of judgment rendered in the case of Karan Singh (supra). The

directions given in Karan Singh's case (supra) will also be

applicable to the petitioner's case.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
