petition has been decided vide Division Bench judgment dated

30.07.2019 passed in bunch of appeals led by D.B. Special Appeal

Writ no.673/2019; The State of Raj. & Ors. Vs. Daulat Ram & Ors.

2. Mr. Chundawat, learned counsel for the petitioners does not

controvert the facts and law aforesaid.

3. Following the judgment aforesaid, the present writ petition

is dismissed.

4. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
