The matter comes up for orders on bail application under

Section 397/401 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner was convicted and

sentenced for offence under Sections 138 of the N.I. Act by the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Chittorgarh vide judgment dated

05.07.2016 passed in Criminal Case No.680/2015, which has been

affirmed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Chittorgarh,

vide order dated 28.05.2019.

The petitioner is not in custody. Accordingly, the application

preferred by the petitioner for suspension of sentence is hereby

dismissed.
