The present misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for

recalling the order dated 03.11.2017 whereby the revision petition

filed by the petitioner was dismissed in default for non-compliance

of the peremptory order dated 11.08.2017, passed by this Court.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. The order dated 03.11.2017 is hereby recalled. The

revision petition is hereby restored to its original number.

Office is directed to list the revision petition on 10.03.2021.
