Learned counsel Shri Bijarnia submits that rather than

pressing this misc. petition seeking quashing of FIR No.194/2018,

Police Station Sri Dungargarh, District Bikaner, the petitioner may

be allowed to submit all his defences to the IO, who may be

directed to objectively consider the same before filing result of the

investigation in the matter.

Learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the

complainant do not object to the said submission.

Thus, the petitioner is given liberty to submit all his defences

to the IO by way of a representation within a period of thirty days

from today. Such representation shall be objectively considered by

him before filing result of the investigation in the court concerned.

With the above observation, the misc. petition as well as the

stay application are disposed of.
