HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI

Order

Heard.

(2 of 2) [CW-6145/2021]

Taking into consideration the fact that the liability for

payment of meagre compensation of around Rs. 4,500/- is

fastened upon the petitioner-company by the Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal, I am not inclined to interfere in this writ petition.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.

However, it is made clear that the dismissal of this writ

petition will not affect the merits of the appeal preferred by the

petitioner being aggrieved with the judgment of the Motor

Accident Claims Tribunal in another claim petition.

Stay application also stands disposed of.
