In the wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, the

Court is functioning virtually and abundant caution is being

maintained for the safety of all concerned.

On enquiry by this Court, learned P.P. submits that interim

protection to join investigation can be granted as per law and for

which he submits that he has some judgments which have been

given by the learned counsel for the appellant.

List on 26.7.2021.

In the meanwhile, the appellant shall not be arrested in

connection with FIR No.197/2020 registered at Police Station

Siwana. However, the appellant shall be required to join the

investigation.
