The instant restoration application has been filed by the

appellants for restoration of S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal No.352/2016,

which was dismissed on 18.01.2021 by the Dy. Registrar (Judicial)

for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 24.11.2020

passed by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that now required P.F. and

notices for the sole respondent have already been filed in the

Registry.

For the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the

restoration application is allowed. Office is directed to restore S.B.

Civil Misc. Appeal No.352/2016 to its original number.
