Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present

controversy is decided by the decision rendered by this Court in

S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.20103/2017 decided on 20.08.2019.

Mr.Punit Singhvi, Advocate submits that application for

vacation of ex-parte interim order has been filed by the

respondent-JDA and as such, the matter requires consideration.

This Court before proceeding further in the matter deems it

proper to direct the counsel for the parties to bring the relevant

judgment before this Court on the next date of hearing.
