The only prayer in the present petition is to inspect the

petitioner-Institute and pass appropriate orders for granting

permission to establish Paramedical College for (Diploma in

operation theater Technology) and (Diploma in Opthalmic).

Learned counsel Mr. Bhavit Sharma has submitted that he

has instructions on behalf of the respondent No.1 to appear in the

matter. He has also submitted that in some of the matters,

applications preferred on behalf of institutions to inspect/re-

inspect them for granting permission to conduct/establish certain

colleges and courses have already been decided.

Be that as it may, in view of the limited prayer made by

learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it proper to

dipose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to

inspect the petitioner-Institute after the requisite formalities are

completed by the petitioner, if its application for the said purpose

has not already been decided and to pass an appropriate order,

preferably within a period of three months from today strictly in

accordance with law, if the Covid-19 situation improves.

Ordered accordingly.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
