Heard. Perused the material available on record.

Pursuant to the interim bail being granted to the petitioner

by order dated 10.06.2021 and extended by order dated

07.07.2021, the petitioner's mother has been operated upon at

the M.D.M. Hospital, Jodhpur for her total hip replacement on

10.07.2021.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for seeking

extension of interim bail so that he can provide post operative

care to his mother because there is no one in his family who can

look after the lady.

Considering the facts and circumstances as reflected in the

order dated 10.06.2021 and taking a humanitarian aspect of the

matter, the interim bail granted to the petitioner Gordhan Ram by

this Court vide order dated 10.06.2021 and extended by order

dated 07.07.2021 is further extended till 31.07.2021.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
