HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 8901/2021 Mularam S/o Sh. Jalaram, Aged About 30 Years, R/o Bamarlader

- Bhnwar, Police Station Sedwa, District Barmer (Presently Lodged At District Jail Barmer)

----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp

----Respondent

For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Devi Lal Rawla For Respondent(s) : Mr. Anil Joshi, PP

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA

Judgment / Order

15/07/2021

A report has been received. From the perusal of the report, it is not made out whether any immediate operation is required or not. The statement of the wife of the petitioner has also been recorded who states that no date has been given for operation nor any opinion of such a nature is mentioned in the prescription of the Government hospital.

In view thereof, the present bail application appears to have been filed for extraneous purposes and for different considerations. The petitioner wants to come out of jail for interim period.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed.
