Looking into the nature of allegation that huge quantity of

liquor having been recovered from the truck which was being

driven by the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner

on bail at this stage.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed at this stage

with liberty to file afresh after filing of charge-sheet.
