Looking into the nature of allegations and the amount of

liquor recovered from the vehicle which was being driven by the

petitioner/s and that the investigation is still continuing, I am not

inclined to release the petitioners on bail at this stage.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed at this stage

with liberty to file a fresh bail application after filing of charge-

sheet.
