09/07/2021 Mr. Mahaveer Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to be superannuated on 31.12.2022 and thus, his transfer is contrary to judgment of this Court rendered in the case of Dr.Pushpa Mehta Vs. State of Rajasthan reported in RLW 2000 (1) page no. 233.

Matter requires consideration. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within six weeks.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order dated 1.7.2021 qua the petitioner shall remain stayed.
