on behalf of petitioner for taking the legal representatives

of respondent Nos.5 and 6 on record is considered and

allowed. The legal representatives of respondent Nos.5

and 6 are taken on record. Amended cause title already

(2 of 2) [CW-7195/2021]

filed is also taken on record. Let the same be placed

appropriately.

Mr. RJ Punia has put in appearance on behalf of

respondent Nos.3 to 6.

Let notice be issued to respondent No.1 only. Since

the respondent No.2 is a proforma party, notice need not

be issued to it.

Mr. RJ Punia seeks some time to file reply to the writ

petition. Time prayed for is granted.

In the meantime, the parties are directed to

maintain status quo as it exists today with respect to the

land in question till the next date.
